All of the employees from the night phone answering to the owner are kind and respectful and sensitive to pertinent needs. Several different plumbers pulled together and did a major install for me, doing work that was different than the standard replacement. We have used Wolfschmidt before for HVAC issues and have always been pleased with their prompt service and the quality of their work. Today we had a burst pipe. They initially told us that they didn't have anyone for the repair for another 2 days but would send someone out to assess the situation. They arrived promptly and were able to fix the problem immediately. Elton, patiently explained everything (the work he was about to do as well as other options) to me in a way I could understand which made me very confident in his expertise. He also has a great sense of humor which made me laugh despite my living room being flooded. If you haven't used them before, you should, for any plumbing or HVAC issues.
