I told the gentleman about my issue, and he said he would have someone from the office call me to schedule. 30 minutes later I received a call and I was scheduled for that morning at 10:30. This was right in the middle of a heat wave, and I'm sure they were really busy.

We have used Wolfschmidt before for HVAC issues and have always been pleased with their prompt service and the quality of their work. Today we had a burst pipe. They initially told us that they didn't have anyone for the repair for another 2 days but would send someone out to assess the situation. They arrived promptly and were able to fix the problem immediately. Elton, patiently explained everything (the work he was about to do as well as other options) to me in a way I could understand which made me very confident in his expertise. He also has a great sense of humor which made me laugh despite my living room being flooded. If you haven't used them before, you should, for any plumbing or HVAC issues. They treat their repeat customers VERY well!
