We are looking for experienced Service and Install HVAC Technicians for Immediate Hire. He could have said it is an old unit and you should replace it, but instead, he just replaced the starter capacitor. He is a great representative for your company!

HVAC Service/Install Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Servicing and repairing both Commercial and Residential HVAC systems
- Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed
- Working on Boilers (gas and oil fired), Furnaces, Mini-Split units, Electrical troubleshooting, Digital Controls
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes and buildings
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
- Follow instructions from Supervisor and complete in a timely manner
- On Site preparation and clean up after each job
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Work as a professional with clients, co-workers, and subcontractors
- Maintain regular attendance
