We have used Wolfschmidt before for HVAC issues and have always been pleased with their prompt service and the quality of their work. Today we had a burst pipe. They initially told us that they didn't have anyone for the repair for another 2 days but would send someone out to assess the situation. They arrived promptly and were able to fix the problem immediately. Elton, patiently explained everything (the work he was about to do as well as other options) to me in a way I could understand which made me very confident in his expertise. He also has a great sense of humor which made me laugh despite my living room being flooded. If you haven't used them before, you should, for any plumbing or HVAC issues. They treat their repeat customers VERY well!

Several different plumbers pulled together and did a major install for me, doing work that was different than the standard replacement. During that process if considering many alternatives, they took time to do some random repairs and adjustments that needed attention. All was done quickly & efficiently.

After your Tech Lino arrived, we talked about my problem and he set my mind at ease, and i will continue to use your company. Lino was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He could have said it is an old unit and you should replace it, but instead, he just replaced the starter capacitor. He is a great representative for your company!
